Dynamic Duo consultancies has capacity in consultancy on Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Planning and Management, Customer service and Communication Skills with a pool of consultants that have taken part in a number of projects and trainings in Africa. On monitoring and Evaluation, we look at issues M&E plans, project Implementation plans, M&E frameworks, data collection and Analysis, measurement of outcomes and Impact valuation.
On project management we do project-based baselines, feasibility studies, and KAP surveys, Mid-Term Evaluations, End Term Evaluations and Third-Party Monitoring mainly for INGOs, donors and local project implementing partners.
